Winona-Ryder
Winona Ryder, professionally Winona Ryder was born on Winona Minnesota. The name of her parents was derived from the town she grew up in. Her father Michel Horowitz and her mother Cynthia Palmer were authors and editors. Ryder believes she is Jewish and descends from Ryder's Jewish father. Ryder is the younger sister of Uria as well as half-siblings Jubal & Sunyata. At the age of seven, Ryder was only seven her family moved to Mendocino County California. They didn't even have electricity. Ryder began to be a committed read because they had television. Ryder started taking acting classes at American Conservatory Theatre when she was 12 years old. Lucas, a 1986 film that she was in, was her debut major role. Ryder was only 15 at the time she was cast. Ryder was bullied at high school. Her professional acting, she believed that it would aid her. But it wasn't to come to happen. Still she continued pursuing her goals. Beetlejuice which was a 1988 Tim Burton film, was her first big break. Ryder kept playing successful roles in various films. In 1993 Ryder was twice nominated for Academy Awards. One of was for her performance as a character in The Age of Innocence.
